Welcome to Coastal Craft Interiors LLC. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
1. Company Information
Coastal Craft Interiors LLC is a Florida-registered company providing residential and commercial interior improvement services. We primarily serve Northeast Florida and also service Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina for larger commercial projects.
2. Services Provided
Coastal Craft Interiors LLC provides professional installation and construction services, including but not limited to:
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and laminate flooring installation
Tile floors, showers, and backsplashes
Commercial and gym flooring installation
Cabinet installation
Drywall installation and repair
Interior painting
Services may vary based on project scope, site conditions, and availability.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are free.
Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change if site conditions differ, hidden issues are discovered, or project scope changes.
Final pricing may be adjusted with customer approval if unforeseen conditions arise.
4. Deposits & Payments
A 60% deposit is required when Coastal Craft Interiors LLC is providing materials.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and ACH/invoice payments.
5. Scheduling & Project Delays
Project schedules are estimates and may be adjusted due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Material availability or manufacturer delays
Site access issues
Subfloor or structural conditions
Coastal Craft Interiors LLC will communicate any scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Projects may be canceled without penalty up until materials are ordered.
Once materials have been ordered, deposits may become non-refundable to cover material costs and restocking fees.
7. Workmanship Warranty
Coastal Craft Interiors LLC provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty covering installation-related issues under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, moisture intrusion, or lack of maintenance
Pre-existing conditions or hidden damage discovered during or after installation
8. Pre-Existing Conditions & Hidden Damage
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural, subfloor, moisture, or surface conditions
Hidden damage discovered once work has begun
Conditions concealed by previous materials or construction
If hidden issues are discovered, work may be paused and options will be discussed before proceeding.
9. Website Use & Communication
By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to:
Receive communications via phone, text message, or email related to your inquiry or project
Follow our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Craft Interiors LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or other lawful resolution methods.
